Domiciled in Batam, Riau Islands (Preferred)

Core Responsibilities

Manage technical projects from planning through delivery.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams and align activities with project goals and timelines.

Work with product managers to clarify requirements and support roadmap execution.

Act as the main communication link between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.

Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution.

Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business needs.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, data, or software engineering concepts.

Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

Awareness of product management processes and tools.

Leadership & Team Management

Experience coordinating technical contributors and supporting team performance.

Ability to encourage collaboration and maintain momentum under pressure.

Exposure to resource planning and supporting team growth.

Product & Delivery Skills

Ability to translate requirements into project plans and technical tasks.

Support backlog prioritization and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term goals.

Appreciation for customer experience and usability considerations.
