Job description

Mentor and support intern developers in learning and applying relevant technologies.

Review interns’ work (code, documentation, testing) and provide constructive feedback.

Guide the team to follow software development best practices and standards.

Help interns understand project workflow, problem-solving approaches, and teamwork.

Coordinate with internal or overseas teams when needed.

Maintain technical documentation related to the development process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Business Analyst, or related technical role.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and business process analysis.

Proficient in .NET technologies and/or business analysis methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
