Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible to deliver on‑site and remote technical support, troubleshoot hatchery and farm issues, install and maintain hatchery product and devices, and work closely with sales and marketing to improve customer performance and product adoption. Hatchery experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on‑site and remote technical support in hatchery customers with the Company’s product and devices related in Poultry Hatcheries
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hatchery and farm issues and deliver prioritized corrective actions
  • Conduct hatchery audits and monitor KPIs (fertility, hatchability, chick quality, early mortality)
  • Provide marketing support and collaborate with the commercial team to support pre‑sales technical consultations, product demonstrations, trials, and to provide technical inputs for proposals and tender responses.
  • Handle multiple projects/accounts, prioritize workload across multiple customer accounts, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of technical activities.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a poultry technical role (hatchery‑ or farm‑focused).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and on‑site support to hatchery customers using company products and equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hatchery and poultry farm issues (equipment, management, disease/health‑related problems).
  • Good communication skills; able to explain technical solutions clearly to customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
  • High personal and professional integrity; adherence to company policies and biosecurity standards.
