Technical Drafter (Architecture + Structural + MEP)

We are seeking a highly accurate, fast, and detail-oriented Technical Drafter who can produce all types of architectural, structural, and basic MEP drawings with clean, professional standards.

This role is focused primarily on drafting, not project management.

However, occasional site visits are required to verify details, take measurements, and ensure drawings reflect actual conditions.

Architectural Drafting

• Door & window schedules

Structural Drafting

MEP Drafting (Basic–Intermediate)

• Electrical layouts (lighting, switches, outlets)

No deep engineering calculations required — only clear and logical drafting.

Drawing Coordination

• Detect clashes between architecture, structure, and MEP
• Update drawings based on engineer/architect feedback
• Prepare complete drawing packages (construction set, tender set, revision sets)
• Maintain clear and consistent layer systems

Documentation

• Work closely with the architect, engineer, and project manager

Occasional Site Visits

• Taking measurements
• Checking actual conditions before updating drawings
• Photographing key areas for drafting reference

This is NOT full architectural supervision — just technical support.

Must-Have

• Solid understanding of architectural plans and detailing
• Basic–intermediate understanding of structural drawings
• Ability to draw and read simple MEP layouts
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work full-time and meet deadlines
• Consistency and responsibility

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with villa or commercial projects
• Knowledge of SNI standards
• Basic skills in SketchUp / Revit (not required)
