Job summary

JAPFA membutuhkan tenaga teknisi pemeliharaan untuk hatchery yang bertanggung jawab merencanakan dan melaksanakan pemeliharaan rutin, melakukan pemeriksaan harian pada mesin setter dan hatchers, serta melaksanakan perbaikan yang diperlukan. Posisi ini menuntut disiplin kerja tinggi dan dokumentasi yang akurat.

Peran ini berfokus pada menjaga instalasi tetap dalam kondisi prima, memastikan operasional berjalan lancar, serta menerapkan sistem kerja yang aman dan efisien untuk mencegah gangguan

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan dan melaksanakan pemeliharaan rutin untuk semua instalasi dan peralatan di hatchery.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan operasional pada setter, hatchers, dan peralatan pendukung setiap pagi dan sore.
• Melaksanakan perbaikan pada setter, hatchers, dan peralatan terkait.
• Mengawasi tugas-tugas operator teknis secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
• Mengelola administrasi terkait pemeliharaan dan perbaikan.
• Berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi sistem kerja.
• Menerapkan SMK3 di lingkungan unit kerja.
• Instalasi dan peralatan selalu dalam kondisi siap pakai.
• Dokumentasi inspeksi terjaga dengan baik untuk setter dan hatchers.
• Perbaikan dan pemulihan masalah diselesaikan tepat waktu.
• Operator teknis bekerja dengan disiplin untuk mencegah gangguan peralatan.
• Administrasi lengkap, akurat, informatif, dan terdokumentasi.
• Sistem kerja yang efisien dan efektif diterapkan, serta aman dari kecelakaan.

Job description

Job Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan)

• Planning and executing routine maintenance and repairs for all installations and equipment within the hatchery.
• Conducting operational checks on setter machines, hatchers, and supporting equipment routinely every morning and every evening before clocking out.
• Instructing and/or executing repairs on setter machines, hatchers, and supporting equipment.
• Supervising all tasks performed by technical operators.
• Managing administrative tasks related to the implementation of maintenance and repairs.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of work systems to ensure higher efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) within the work unit environment.
• Installations and equipment are always in good condition and ready for use.
• Setter machines, hatchers, and supporting equipment operate optimally with well-maintained inspection documentation.
• Repairs and breakdowns are resolved on time.
• Technical operators work with high discipline, ensuring zero issues with setter machines, hatchers, and supporting equipment.
• Administration is complete, accurate, informative, and properly documented.
• An efficient and effective work system is successfully established.
• Achieving zero accidents, creating a safe and healthy work environment.
