Job summary

PT. Surya TOTO Indonesia Tbk seeks an experienced candidate to lead corporate innovation by developing new products and technologies at our Serpong–Tangerang site. The role focuses on enhancing existing products and ensuring market competitiveness through rigorous research and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in a similar field, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and CAPEX project management, and proficiency in engineering design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.
• 5–10 years of working experience in the same field.
• Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating and PVD processes.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies, data analysis and CAPEX project management.
• Knowledge of product formulation, design and feasibility testing with scale-up.
• Proficient in technical and engineering design software

Responsibilities
