Tech Accelerate Graduate Program – Software Engineer, a unique opportunity for fresh graduates and early‑career engineers (0–2 years of experience).

This program is designed to accelerate your growth as a software engineer through structured rotations across multiple tech divisions, giving you a holistic view of how we build and scale technology in the grocery e‑commerce industry.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in rotations across engineering teams (e.g., Mobile App (iOS/Android), Web, Backend, etc.).
• Work on real‑world projects that directly impact thousands of HappyFresh users.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build a strong foundation to become a well‑rounded and adaptable software engineer.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to rotate across different teams.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
