Job Description
- Identifying new business potential to the Bank and corporate strategies related to market expansion to drive business growth, conducting research, surveys, and market intelligence to understand external issues and developments, and coordinating with relevant work units in developing business strategies.
- Calculating projected benefits from developed business initiatives and identifying aspects needed to support initiative implementation.
- Coordinating with relevant units in implementing initiatives, monitoring implementation, and reviewing implementation, including activities, timelines, and benefit achievement.
- Coordinating with internal and external counterparts and ensuring that coordination results can be followed up and used as a basis for management decision‑making.
- Acting as an internal consultant for business units related to business strategies implemented in line with the company's corporate plan and long‑term strategy.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure that initiative deliverables are completed on time, completely, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Carrying out other tasks as requested by Management related to strategic initiatives/studies that support the bank's overall business strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 6 years of work experience on related field in Financial Institution or Consulting Firm, with a set skills of:
