We are looking for a Team Leader Software Engineer in Indonesia to build software and robotic systems using C#, C++, Visual Studio, Windows Forms, and SQL Server.

What you’ll do:

Lead a software team. Design scalable and high-quality code and tackle technical challenges with smart solutions. You will also troubleshoot issues, collaborate with peers, and take the lead in guiding junior engineers.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership & mentoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or related field — talented high school graduates with strong dev skills are also welcome.
• 4+ years solid experience in C# / C++ / Java.
• Strong grasp of OOP, SDLC, and software architecture best practices.
• Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Placement is in Bandung (with a probation period in Salatiga).
