Sales & Marketing Senior Leader – Karawang – WFO (ID: 687052)

Location: Cikampek, West Java

Salary: IDR 10,000,000 – IDR 15,000,000

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and the manufacturing team.
• Prepare quotations and lead negotiations with customers.
• Receive and analyze customer forecasts to support accurate planning.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Manager.

Sales Management Staff – Karawang (Contract)

Location: Karawang

Employment Type: Contract (12 months before permanent)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Non‑shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to support customer order fulfillment, manage sales operations, handle customer communications, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Order Management – receive and process purchase orders, verify quantity, pricing, and delivery terms, and coordinate with internal teams for accurate fulfillment.
• Sales Quantity & Schedule Management – monitor shipment schedules, ensure timely delivery, track sales volumes, and issue invoices according to contractual terms.
• Accounts Receivable Management – monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with customers to confirm payment schedules.
• Defective Product Replacement Management – handle the process of replacing defective products and collaborate with quality and logistics teams for timely resolution.
• Customer Support & Communication – act as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns, and provide responsive, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales support, order management, or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and numbers.
• High level of responsibility, problem‑solving attitude, and teamwork spirit.
• Able to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in English.

Ocean Freight Forwarding Operations – Cikarang

Location: Cikarang, West Java

Salary: IDR 50,000,000 – IDR 100,000,000

Job Descriptions:

• Strong in ocean freight forwarding operations, including shipment monitoring, cargo delivery scheduling, and coordination with internal departments.
• Handle customer requests and provide timely updates from vessel arrival until cargo delivered to factory or consignee.
• Manage and verify documentation handling such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Packing List, and related shipping documents.
• Ensure full compliance with shipping regulations, customs procedures, and industry practices.
• Provide after‑sales support and maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related major.
• At least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding export and import operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and international freight regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
