As an Team Leader BA (Jawa Timur, Bali - Nusra) you will:

• Monitor dan track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of Brand Ambassadors, including validation via phone calls.
• Analyze performance of underachieving Brand Ambassadors both briefly and in detail.
• Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores and ensure the consistency of Visual Merchandisong in all outlets.
• Train and develop the Brand Ambassador team in selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor
• Proficient in MS Office and good understanding of personal grooming standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Familiarity with the assigned area coverage
• Proven sales target achievement
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as required
• Valid driver's license (SIM A/C)
