Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, drive and support plant optimization for the HPT through process standardization and other systems to drive consistency and improved performance overall, making final decisions on processes needed to meet targets
- Ensure the execution of the daily production requirements, coordinating with other team members, other HPTs, and others as necessary, to deliver the planned results (Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and/or Ticket)
- Working within the team, develop and align the strategy and plans to deliver targets and objectives that support the overall facility targets
- Provide the proper focus on Health and Safety, Environmental & Sustainability issues, to develop and maintain "Safety as a Value" culture
- Drive improvements through personal knowledge and expertise, as well as thorough the use of other experts as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production, quality, engineering or related field
- Experience in a Union environment
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment

Job Description
- Supervise daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and coordinate store team members to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor product quality, hygiene, and food safety according to company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in achieving sales targets, controlling shrinkage, and managing operating expenses.
- Support stock management: ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly store performance reports to the Area/Store Manager.
- Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to store team members.

Qualification
- Min. High School/Vocational School's degree (Hospitality, Retail Management, Business, or related field).
- Has at least 2–3 years of experience in retail or F&B operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food retail operations, inventory control, and customer.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a hands‑on and proactive approach.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Sample-making Process Supervising
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the sample-making process according to project requirements.
- Ensure samples are developed in line with specifications and delivered according to the schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate the performance of team members under their responsibility.
- Guarantee that sample output meets quality standards and product specifications.
- Identify and report findings during sample development as input for further production processes.
- Communicate and follow up with cross‑functional departments related to sample development.
- Ensure product development (PD) procedures and systems are followed in accordance with company standards.
- Lead the implementation of 7S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Smile) within the workplace to create a clean, organized, and conducive working environment.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality management, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental management systems in all team activities.
Qualification & Requirement
- Having minimum 3 years experiences as Product Development Supervisor in footwear industry
- Hold minimum Diploma in any major
- Well‑known of Shoe's make flow process and procedure
- Strong communication and leadership skill
- Proven experience in footwear sample development, product development, or related functions.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of footwear materials, construction processes, and product specifications.
- Ability to manage timelines, quality standards, and cross‑department communication.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, workplace safety (K3), and environmental standards.
- Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
