Job summary

Cimory Group through Java Egg Specialities is seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead end-to-end tax operations in Indonesia. You will oversee PPN and PPh processes, GL reconciliations, and monthly SPT filings while guiding a growing tax team.

You will drive system transformations with Coretax, DJP Online and SAP, translating regulatory changes into actionable strategies and partnering with Finance and Operations to optimize tax across purchasing, sales, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting with 4+ years tax experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax rules including PPN, PPh, and audits.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and leading tax projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee end-to-end PPN & PPh operations, monthly SPT filings, and GL reconciliations.
• Lead system transformations using Coretax, DJP Online, and SAP for scalable compliance.
• Manage tax audits, risk assessments, and dispute resolutions with clear documentation.

• Architect Tax Compliance: Oversee, review, and elevate end-to-end PPN & PPh operations, monthly SPT filings, and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations to ensure complete financial accuracy.
• Lead System Transformations: Guide the seamless integration of modern tax systems—leveraging Coretax, DJP Online, and SAP—to make complex compliance effortless and scalable.
• Master Audits & Advisory: Lead tax audits, risk assessments, and dispute resolutions with supreme confidence, backed by meticulous documentation and clear strategic vision.

• System Expert: Highly proficient in Ms. Excel, DJP Online, and Coretax system workflows; strong experience with enterprise systems like SAP is strongly preferred.
• Strategic & Compliant: Deep expertise in PPN, PPh (including corporate income tax), tax audit defense, GL reconciliation, and commercial transaction structures.
