PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a senior tax professional to lead the execution of tax strategy and ensure compliance across the company portfolio. The role involves monitoring tax liabilities and driving tax optimization while representing the company to Tax Office and relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities include implementing the Tax Strategy and Business Plan, maximizing tax incentives provided by the Indonesian Government, handling Tax Resolution cases (Tax Audit, Objection, Appeal),

Competenze

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in Taxation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution companies will be an advantage.

Mansioni

• Implementation of Tax Strategy and Business Plan in accordance with taxation.
• Maximize utilization of tax incentives provided by the Indonesian Government.
• Representing companies to Tax Office and relevant Authorities.
• Together with Tax Resolution, to be in charge in Tax Resolution cases such as Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax Appeal in Tax Court and Supreme Court.
• Monitor and review tax liabilities, annual and monthly tax compliance reporting, and tax restitution regularly.
• Advise BU related to taxation and customs matters.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
