Job summary

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Manager in Tax services to lead client discussions, coordinate scoping and engagement delivery, and mentor team members. You will guide analysis, ensure timely data provision, and uphold high standards of compliance and client service.

The role requires a strong accounting background, substantial experience in tax engagements, and fluent English communication. Surabaya-based with local tax affairs expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients, guiding discussions and ensuring objectives are met.
• Mentor and monitor associate and junior team members in task execution.
• Coordinate and monitor data provision for due diligence and regulatory support engagements.
• Oversee post-engagement activities, ensuring analysis and client servicing quality.
