Tax SPV, Account Receivable & Account Payable

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax SPV, Account Receivable & Account Payable to join our Accounting & Financial Reporting team at PT Pratama Abadi Industri in Sukabumi, West Java. This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting our organization’s financial operations and compliance requirements.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the company's tax planning, preparation, and filing processes

Managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents

Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial controls

Providing guidance and support to the accounting team

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall financial health of the organization

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar tax, accounts receivable, and accounts payable supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and best practices

Proficient in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
