Job summary

KPN Corp is seeking a tax professional to manage monthly VAT returns (SPT Masa PPN), prepare supporting documents, and coordinate with other departments.

You will maintain tax records, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with regulations, while using Excel and SAP to streamline reconciliations. Based at Head Office, South Jakarta.

Candidates with Brevet A & B are preferred; willingness to be stationed at Head Office and strong reconciliation experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Holder of Brevet A & B certifications will be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office, South Jakarta.
• Do you have reconciliations experience?

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly VAT returns (SPT Masa PPN) along with all supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly equalization and monthly reconciliation
• Assist in preparing tax documents and supporting data for tax reporting and audits
• Maintain and organize tax records, invoices, and withholding tax documents in accordance with company policies
• Support the tax team in ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and deadlines
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify tax-related information and documentation
