Avery Dennison Corporation in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee monthly and annual tax compliance, audits, and transfer pricing in a multinational manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate tax reporting and align with local rules.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, support tax accounting and reporting, and advise on tax risks and opportunities while driving process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of tax experience in multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (CIT, VAT, taxes) and transfer pricing.
• Experience with tax audits and dealing with tax authorities.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions and international taxation is preferred.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Coretax, and tax reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proactive and independent.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly and annual tax compliance (CIT, VAT, withholding taxes).
• Handle tax audits, inquiries, and disputes with Indonesian tax authorities.
• Review transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
• Support tax accounting, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide tax advisory support to business functions and identify risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and global tax teams on cross-border matters.
• Drive tax process improvements, automation, and internal controls.
• Develop team capabilities and promote compliance and continuous improvement.
