Position: Tax Assistant Manager
Location: Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
Holds brevet A and B certification.
Minimum 4–6 years of work experience in taxation, with the most recent role at least as a Senior Tax Officer or Tax Supervisor.
Experienced in handling corporate tax reporting (monthly and annual tax returns), public accountant audits, preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc), SP2DK, and tax audits.
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) and up-to-date knowledge of the latest tax laws.
Leadership: Able to lead a small team and mentor junior staff.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally (including with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities).
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Capable of analyzing complex tax issues and finding effective solutions.
Time Management: Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adaptable to shifting work priorities.
Ethics & Integrity: Understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of corporate tax data and upholding high ethical standards.
