Tax Accounting & Admin Jr. Manager - Logistic - Jakarta Utara (C-109955)
Our client is a Japanese logistics company. We are currently looking for a Tax Accounting & Admin Jr. Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Tax Duties
- Focus on restitusi pajak (tax refunds) and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Manage and monitor all tax accounting matters.
- Coordinate with tax auditors and tax consultants for tax planning and audits.
- Prepare and submit tax reports to relevant authorities.
Accounting Duties
- Prepare and manage the budget and business plan.
- Improve and maintain the accounting system to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the closing of accounts and ensure timely reporting.
- Oversee receivables and payables management.
- Generate accurate accounting reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate with accounting auditors and tax accountants to ensure compliance.
- Conduct credit reviews and monitor financial health.
Finance Duties
- Develop and manage the company’s capital plan.
- Handle all banking transactions and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage funds and foreign exchange transactions.
- Oversee the management, operation, and administration of all fund-related matters.
- Manage the approval process for board members and handle legal administration tasks.
- Oversee the management of stock and relationships with relevant government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules on the administration of rules and regulations.
- Improve and rationalize the administrative affairs processing system.
- Supervise and manage information systems and ensure the security of the company's data.
- Handle HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) matters and ensure compliance.
Human Resources Duties
- Develop basic policies and planning for human resources management.
- Oversee related HR matters in alignment with company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) or higher in Accounting/Taxation major.
- Over 10 years of practical experience in Taxation and Accounting, preferably from a logistics/forwarding company.
- Proficiency in handling tax restitution (restitusi pajak) processes.
- Experience negotiating with tax officials.
- Analytical and explanatory skills.
- Proficiency in monthly and annual tax calculations, including VAT, Income Tax PPh21, PPh23, PPh4(2), and e-SPT.
- Knowledge of accounting and account reconciliation of general ledgers.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using accounting software.
