Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Jakarta is seeking a TAR Operation Support Deputy Lead to coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for shutdowns. You will assist in planning, preparation, and close-out across TAR phases, ensuring safe, efficient execution and strong collaboration with client operations teams.

The role demands extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, proven leadership of large teams, and a deep understanding of isolation management and operational

Qualifications

• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas processing, or offshore shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ personnel.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site resources.
• Familiarity with isolation management and operational support activities.
• More than 10 years of management experience in oil and gas field.

Responsibilities

• Review Client-issued IDP and support TAR execution planning.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Support subcontractor mobilization planning and materials procurement.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and progress during TAR.
• Ensure safe execution in accordance with approved procedures.
• Assist in de-isolation and close-out activities.
