The ideal candidate will have experience in the Oil & Gas and Maritime industries, holding ATT I certification with Chief Engineer experience. This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of vessels while collaborating closely with various teams to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Holding ATT I (Ahli Teknik Tingkat I) with sailing experience as Chief Engineer.
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas and Maritime industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee main and auxiliary engine maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead technical monitoring and troubleshooting for machinery issues.
• Manage planning and execution of dry docking and major repairs.
• Review and approve key technical documents.
• Supervise fuel, lube oil, and fresh water management.
• Coordinate closely with other teams for vessel operations.
• Conduct onboard inspections and provide technical guidance.

Job description

PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk is seeking a highly skilled Tanker Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the upstream oil and gas industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring legal compliance, managing strategic partnerships, and supporting corporate actions.

What You'll Do

• Oversee main and auxiliary engine maintenance and ensure optimal engine performance and energy efficiency.
• Lead technical monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for machinery issues.
• Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of dry docking and major repairs.
• Review and approve key technical documents, including requisitions, defect reports, service reports, and bunker records.
• Supervise fuel, lube oil, and fresh water management, including validation of noon reports and performance data.
• Coordinate closely with Crewing, Purchasing, Safety, and related teams to support safe and efficient vessel operations.
• Conduct onboard inspections (owner visits) and provide technical guidance to the Chief Engineer and engine crew.
