Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Ilmu Komputer/Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 3+ tahun sebagai DevOps Engineer dengan ekosistem .NET/.NET Core.
• Terampil dalam scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) dan alat automation/IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Pengalaman kuat dengan kontainer, orkestrasi (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), serta alat CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Pemahaman solid terhadap infrastruktur cloud (Azure/AWS), microservices, dan alat monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry).
• Pengalaman menggunakan alat AI Agentic (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) untuk mengoptimalkan skrip infrastruktur dan CI/CD.
• Lanjutan bahasa Inggris untuk komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan secara langsung.
• Siap bekerja On-Site di Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola infrastruktur skala besar dan proses CI/CD untuk aplikasi .NET dan microservices.
• Memanfaatkan alat AI untuk mempercepat scripting, automasi, dan troubleshooting infrastruktur.
• Meningkatkan keamanan aplikasi dan performa sistem serta memantau metrik secara proaktif.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim Agile/Scrum lintas fungsi untuk deliver produk end-to-end.
• Mengotomatiskan operasi harian, mengelola technical debt, serta mempromosikan praktik DevOps terbaik.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

At Aleph Labs, we are expanding our Talent Pool for Senior DevOps Engineers (.NET Stack) to drive upcoming, high-impact digital initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with top-tier local and regional clients, backed by our global network to build, scale, and secure high-availability cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

• Infrastructure & CI/CD Management: Propose, design, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD processes for .NET applications and microservices.
• AI-Powered Workflow: Leverage modern Agentic AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate scripting, automation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Security & System Performance: Strengthen application and environment security, optimize system performance, and enhance alerting/monitoring mechanisms.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to deliver end-to-end products and communicate effectively in English with local and regional stakeholders.
• Engineering Best Practices: Automate day-to-day operations, manage technical debt, and evangelize DevOps best practices across development workflows.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with strong hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core ecosystems.
• Proficient in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and automation/IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong experience with containers, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), microservices, and monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Sentry).
• Practical experience utilizing Agentic AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to optimize infrastructure scripts and CI/CD workflows.
• Fluent in English with strong confidence to communicate directly with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work On-Site (WFO) in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.
