Job summary

A fintech start-up company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop effective job advertising strategies and manage the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, knowledge of modern recruitment tools, and be fluent in English. This position offers a one-year contract in the SCBD area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in massive hiring project.
• Good knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools for massive hiring.
• Proven track record in massive recruitment through various recruitment channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job advertising strategies using various platforms.
• Source and engage high-potential candidates proactively.
• Shortlist candidates and provide insights to Hiring Managers.

Job description

Develop and implement effective job advertising strategies using job portals, social media, and targeted methods.

Utilize tools and networks to proactively source and engage high-potential candidates.

Efficiently shortlist candidates and conduct thorough interviews and provide valuable insights to Hiring Managers for informed hiring decisions.

Prepare and present regular hiring reports to the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related field.

At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in massive hiring project. Fresh graduates with previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition are welcome to apply.

Good knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools for massive hiring.

Expertise in job advertising, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment.

Proven track record in massive recruitment through various recruitment channel, preferably in financial or tech industries.

Fluent in English both verbal & written will be a good plus.

Willing to be placed in SCBD area. Open for 1 year-contract position.
