A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and focus on mass hiring for promoter positions. The ideal candidate possesses at least 1-3 years of experience in FMCG recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. OUJI specializes in the manufacturing and trading of high-quality household cleaning and cosmetic products. With over 1,000 products across 12 categories, our portfolio includes trusted household names such as Dynamo, Fab, Walch, and Arfum, among others.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing operations in Indonesia. The role will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, with a strong focus on mass hiring for promoter positions and other roles within the FMCG industry.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in high volume recruitment, understands the local talent landscape, and is capable of building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities within the organization.
Handle end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Focus on mass hiring activities, particularly for promoter positions across various regions.
Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline within the FMCG industry.
Manage job postings and recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
Map talent pools across industries and competitors, particularly for niche or hard to fill roles, and gather insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in different markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter in FMCG or similar industries (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiar with using various recruitment platforms and tools.
Team player with high initiative and result-oriented mindset.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn.
