Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vodjo is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Vodjo’s dynamic software development projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, understands the tech landscape, and can strategically partner with the HCM (Human Capital Management) Manager to fulfill the company’s hiring goals.

You will play a key role in shaping our teams by managing the full recruitment cycle — from understanding business needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT / software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, tech communities, referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Good interviewing skills and the ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HCM Manager and other departments.
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment management tools.
  • Knowledge of basic tech stacks (e.g., frontend/backend technologies, design roles, QA) to understand role requirements better.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior experience recruiting for remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
