Jr Manager Talent Acquisition & People Operations

As a Jr Manager, you will manage both strategic and operational aspects of human resources, ensuring employee development and wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Communication or related field (S1).
  • Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology or HR Management is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Minimum 2 years in a coordinative or supervisory position (e.g., Recruiter Lead, Senior Recruiter).
  • Experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for staff and supervisory roles.
  • Experience handling volume hiring, mass recruitment, or industry‑specific recruiting (F&B, retail, manufacturing, services, etc.).
  • Experience managing staff of 150‑200 employees.
  • Strong time‑management and multitasking skills.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
  • Analyze position needs, competencies, and candidate profiles with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, campus recruiting, headhunting, etc.).
  • Supervise end‑to‑end selection processes: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing.
  • Ensure team meets SLA and recruitment KPIs.
  • Maintain candidate database for short‑term and long‑term needs.
  • Analyse recruitment effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Handle employee administration: data updates, uniform distribution, sick leave documentation, overtime records, and leave requests.
  • Procure office supplies to support daily operations.
  • Conduct regular personnel data audits for compliance.
  • Manage onboarding and off‑boarding administration.
  • Support disciplinary actions (warnings, summons, minutes).
  • Assist in administrative investigations of employee cases.
