Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.

15+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in distribution, manufacturing or FMCG industries.

Job Role Talent Acquisition (TA)
  • Develop hiring strategies based on business needs, focusing on critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
  • Focus on hiring key talent for Sales, Finance, Operation, production, engineering, automation, and leadership positions.
  • Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and other talent sources to attract top candidates.
Job Role Organizational Development (OD)
  • Analyze, design, and optimize the company’s structure to improve efficiency and align with business goals.
  • Define, refine, and standardize job roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines across departments.
  • Identify high‑potential employees and create structured succession plans for key roles.
  • Enhance performance evaluation frameworks and drive an organizational culture aligned with company values.
  • Develop career pathways and succession plans to ensure business continuity in critical positions.
  • Ensure organizational policies and development programs comply with labor regulations and industry best practices.
