Are you a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader, ready to build talent pipelines and drive operational excellence? Morgan Philips has been mandated to hire for a Global Data and AI Consulting company, for a Talent Acquisition Manager that has extensive hands-on end to end Regional Talent Acquisition experience to join their growing regional team.

This pivotal role is essential for driving regional recruitment processes across SEA.

You will partner closely with senior leadership and the global People team to manage the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has prior experience within consulting, tech or data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for regional key roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, and lead discussions on headcount planning, organizational design, and team structures, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.
  • Own fundamental HR processes, including managing onboarding, probation, contract administration, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure the firm adheres to local compliance and employment law requirements.
Ideal Candidate
  • Over 5 years of experience in regional end-to-end Talent Acquisition, preferably within consulting, tech or data-driven environment.
  • Possesses hands‑on experience in technical recruitment for roles such as data, software, analysts etc.
  • Possesses strong, specific knowledge of the talent market in Malaysia or Jakarta, including familiarity with compensation benchmarks and typical role profiles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment pipelines from start to finish and work directly with business stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
