What You’ll Do as a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist:
  • Help plan and roll out employer branding content on social media to show off our culture and what it’s like to work here.
  • Support teacher engagement initiatives by working with the Guru Juara, Mentor, and other internal teams.
  • Assist in bringing internal events to life, from talking to vendors to helping things run smoothly on the day.
  • Join pulse calls and employee check-ins to gather feedback and help us understand how our people are doing.
  • Support hiring for selected roles, including sourcing candidates, doing initial screenings, and coordinating interviews including pre-onboarding and onboarding.
  • Keep People Ops data updated in our tools to make sure our processes stay organized and accurate.
We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:
  • Some experience in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition, internships totally count.
  • Interest in engagement, employer branding, or helping create a great employee experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from different teams.
  • A proactive attitude: You’re the type who likes taking initiative and trying new ideas.
  • Good organization skills and the ability to juggle a few tasks without losing your cool.
  • Creativity and curiosity: You enjoy brainstorming and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Comfort working with tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or HR platforms (or willingness to learn fast!).
  • A genuine passion for helping people feel supported, included, and excited to be part of a team.
Projects You Might Work On:
  • Bring Our Culture to Life
    Help create fun and engaging employer branding content, and support internal events that make our culture feel real and vibrant. You’ll work with different teams (and sometimes vendors!) to make it all happen.
  • Listen to Our People
    Join pulse calls and check‑ins with employees across the company. You’ll help gather honest feedback and share insights so the People Team can turn them into real improvements.
  • Support Hiring Across the Company
    Be part of the hiring journey by helping source candidates, screen profiles, and organize interviews. You’ll learn how the full recruitment process works from start to finish.
  • Craft Great First Days for New Hires
    Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate schedules with other teams, and welcome new employees so their first days feel smooth, organized, and positive.
