Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies through university partnerships, social media campaigns, and professional community engagement.

  • Act as a strategic partner to management in planning and executing long-term human resource strategies.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally and communicate effectively in Mandarin with headquarters.

  • Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, measurability, and alignment with company standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as universities, professional communities, and recruitment vendors to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline; preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Communications.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Employer Branding, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — mandatory requirement.

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing mass or nationwide hiring in large-scale or fast-growing organizations.

  • Strong track record in developing and executing employer branding initiatives through social media, universities, communities, or professional events.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.

  • Strong leadership, creativity, and adaptability in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
