A leading cold storage provider in Cibitung is seeking a Recruitment Assistant Manager to enhance recruitment procedures and coordinate manpower needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology along with 2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry. Strong skills in sourcing methods, interview techniques, and psychological assessments are essential. This position requires excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, and occasional Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Recruitment Assistant Manager in FMCG.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Updates current and design new branch recruitment procedures
• Review manpower needs and coordinate with other departments
• Keep tracks of recruiting service level metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree majoring Psychology from reputable University
• 2 years experience Recruitment Assistant Manager from FMCG company
• Strong knowledge in sourcing methods, interview technique, psychological test, assessment techniques
• Have a wide network of headhunters and job portals
• Hands on, can work individually and also a good team player
• Possess good interpersonal skill, leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skill
• Willing to work on Saturday (Twice a month, from 8 am to 1 pm)
