We stand as a Software as a Service (SaaS) company located in two major cities in Indonesia, Jakarta and Malang. The company was initiated to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs offers services such as SEO Consulting, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and a product SERPs Tracker and SEO Tools. The tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs is expanding to a larger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates’ documents, managing interview sessions, and selecting ideal individuals.
- Actively build a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Use various recruitment methods to engage potential candidates, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of passive candidates for future roles.
- Suggest process improvements to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality recruitment administration.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a startup or tech company is an advantage.
- Can-do attitude, adaptable, and target-focused.
