Job Description
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates’ documents, managing interview sessions, and selecting ideal individuals.
  • Actively build a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Use various recruitment methods to engage potential candidates, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of passive candidates for future roles.
  • Suggest process improvements to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality recruitment administration.
Qualifications
