Responsibilities

• You will develop cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native, targeting iOS, Android, and Huawei devices.
• You will be involved in database design and development, including integration with mobile applications via APIs and backend services.
• You will conduct primary and secondary research, perform analyses and technical modelling that inform the design and implementation of technology‑enabled mobile solutions addressing our clients’ complex business challenges.
• You will apply your training in software development, leveraging React Native expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to support project teams in delivering robust digital architectures and mobile work products aligned with client objectives.
• You will assist project teams in developing presentations and demos, and help coordinate communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will support the delivery of business‑driven, technology‑enabled mobile solutions that help clients solve critical issues and capitalize on opportunities within their industries.
• You will collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary project team to tackle technical problems, enhance mobile application performance, and deliver tangible value to our clients.
• You will uphold the firm’s standards, values, and collaborative culture in your interactions with team members and client stakeholders.
• You will contribute to business development activities, including the preparation of technical, project presentations, and internal/external publications.

Requirements

• You will be responsible for management and delivery of a system(s) within a platform leveraging agile practices, by leveraging existing experience of working in an agile environment.
• The right person will be a detailed and hands‑on developer with at least 3 – 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills in;
  • Mobile Development – React Native
• Experience in delivering solutions on iOS/Android.
• Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, and issue management in a multi‑platform environment.
• Experience with native development or bridging in Swift, Obj‑C, Kotlin and Java is an advantage.
• Demonstrates skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short‑term and long‑term planning.
• Demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing technical competence.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre‑requisite to fit to our short‑term and long‑term project assignment.
