Customer Strategy & Design

As part of Customer Strategy & Design team, you will help our clients to navigate a profitable path through new digital customer business models, offerings their customers will love, new digital experiences, and transformational end‑to‑end their digital strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders and technologies to understand and act upon key business requirements.
  • Contribute to new feature definitions and exploration from concept through execution within an integrated team that meets business needs, user needs and technical capabilities.
  • Deliver design via concept sketches, wireframes, and ultimately production‑ready comps.
  • Design for motion/transition to enhance the feel of the resulting interface.
  • Create and evolving consistent affordances across the product set to enhance and standardise the usability of the interfaces.
  • Partner with other UX/UI designers and developers to deploy user‑friendly mobile‑first customer experiences.
  • See product additions/enhancements from concept or research to deployment and optimisation.
  • Assist senior design team in creating design rationale and specifications.
  • Advocate for clean, simple user‑centred interfaces.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years producing polished wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
  • 3+ years’ experience working as a UI or UX designer conceptualising, designing, developing data‑driven complex interface solutions using modern web technologies.
  • 3+ years’ experience participating in requirements‑gathering session and prototyping to drive front‑end goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and curious mindset.
  • Experience defining and creating the workflow for the user experience and style guide of web applications including page layout and navigation.
