SVETET is a remote software and digital product company serving US, UAE, UK, AU, CA, EU and CIS clients. The Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between clients and engineering, gathering requirements, writing FSDs, and documenting integrations across REST, CRM, and messaging services.

This role expects 1–3 years in IT product or agency delivery, basic SQL, UML/BPMN and experience with Confluence/Jira. Remote full-time with flexible time zones and milestone-based reviews.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as a systems / business analyst on IT products or agency delivery.
• Basic SQL for checking data and statuses.
• Experience with UML and/or BPMN diagrams.
• Comfortable in Word / Confluence / Jira (or equivalents).
• Understanding of relational databases and typical client-server patterns.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and message queues in practice.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements from commercial clients.
• Agree functional and system specifications with stakeholders and the team.
• Demo new functionality to the business customer and capture feedback.
• Coordinate project questions across design, frontend, backend, and QA.
• Analyze defects in web / mobile client-server flows with clear reproduction steps.
• Write detailed FSD / technical assignments when the integration surface is non-trivial.

About The Company And The Role

SVETET is a remote software and digital product company for clients in high-check markets (US, UAE, UK, AU, CA, EU) and CIS. Custom software, web apps, mobile products, CRM/automation, and conversion websites — commercial work, not slide decks.

The team works remotely in Russian and English. Timezone overlap is agreed with the lead — not a fake corporate 9-to-6.

We hire people who ship real product work and care about outcomes — not resume spam from regions we do not hire in.

We need a systems analyst between the client and engineering: gather requirements, write FSD / tech specs, demo increments, and keep integrations (REST, CRM, messengers) coherent so commercial sites and cabinets do not silently break.

What we expect

• 1–3 years as a systems / business analyst on IT products or agency delivery.

1. 01 Interviews, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs for storefronts and cabinets.


2. 02 Specs & diagrams FSD / TZ, UML / BPMN where they reduce rework — not wallpaper.


3. 03 Integrations REST, SOAP, queues, CRM and messenger handoffs documented end to end.


4. 04 Delivery loop Demo to the client, triage bugs, keep Confluence/Jira (or our stack) honest.
