Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented System and Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, and drive data‑informed decision‑making. The role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, analyzing business requirements, and designing systems that support organizational goals. You will also provide actionable insights, create and execute test plans, and ensure successful project delivery.
This dynamic position requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and system designs.
- Gather, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including operations and development, to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Define system workflows, data structures, and integration logic across multiple systems.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports and dashboards that support management decisions.
- Summarize and present complex information through clear visualizations (charts, graphs, Power BI dashboards).
- Create and maintain both standard and ad‑hoc reports tailored for different audiences.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure developed solutions meet business and user needs.
- Monitor post‑deployment performance, identify issues, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing documentation and support for process and system enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System or Data Analyst, or in a similar business analysis role.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability across departments and technical teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, and dashboard creation.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including statistical and analytical functions.
- Experience in documenting and analyzing current and future state processes, and writing user stories or use cases.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Experience using project management and issue‑tracking tools such as JIRA or Mantis.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data integration, and system design.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must.
