Day‑to‑day tasks include gathering and analysing business requirements, creating reports, and providing insights to improve business performance.

Business Analyst (ERPNext)
Location: Hybrid (work from home, required onsite every Thursday at NFI office – Kemang, Jakarta)

Job Description
- Act as a bridge between business users and the technical/development team to ensure ERPNext implementation aligns with business needs.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple departments (Finance, Procurement, HR, Inventory, etc.).
- Translate business processes into ERPNext system requirements and workflows.
- Support ERPNext configuration, testing, and user acceptance.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and ERPNext functionalities, and propose solutions.
- Prepare training materials and assist in user training sessions.
- Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- Maximum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP projects.
- Familiarity with ERPNext (or other ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation.
- Good communication and presentation skills to liaise with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Willing to work onsite every Thursday at NFI office, Kemang – Jakarta.
IT Business Analyst – Mid Level (4–6 Years)
Type: Full‑time Contract
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of system development, solution design, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technological solutions, ensuring project delivery aligns with the client’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
- Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Document solutions in detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), flowcharts, and mockups.
- Collaborate with application development teams and act as the bridge between business and IT.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in training, implementation, and post‑deployment support.
- Identify potential risks and communicate them proactively to stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are delivered in line with business goals and project objectives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and solution design.
- Experience preparing and managing BRD, UAT test cases, and SIT scenarios.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Flowcharting Tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Ability to perform data‑driven analysis and articulate functional requirements clearly.
- Experience handling projects related to enterprise system development (ERP, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
- Exposure to real estate/property, banking, or large‑scale enterprise projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Attention to detail and structured documentation.

Technical Business Analyst
