Our client, an agricultural machinery manufacturing company, is currently hiring for Sustainable Agriculture Project Coordinator to join their team.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, business development, or research in agriculture or environment.
  • Proven ability to lead field teams, manage stakeholders, and produce analytical reports independently.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with sustainable agriculture, carbon markets, biochar, or AWD is preferred.
  • Familiarity with rice farming practices and the Indonesian agricultural landscape is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, farmer groups, cooperatives, and research institutions.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Conduct field surveys to identify potential project sites and assess rice farming practices.
  • Analyze regulations and market trends related to carbon credits.
  • Research competitors, sustainability initiatives, and biochar/AWD adoption in Indonesia.
  • Prepare feasibility study reports, presentations, and technical documents in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Manage and verify field data for economic modeling.
