You will develop training sessions for vendors and manage project implementations effectively.

Job Description

- Manage and handle certification/verification program
- Ensure sutainability program and that all are aligned with local and international regulations
- Identify and select suitable collectors to implement sustainable program
- Build internal management system at vendor levels, organizing farmer groups and selection vendor group leaders
- Analysis of training needs and providing GAP training sessions for vendors
- Implement audit both internal and external, per the certification program's requirement
- Implement improvement plans and annual reporting to certification organizations
- Regularly update and effectively apply new standards of 4C, RFA or internal standards
- Manage internal document of sustainable programs
- Supervise project implementation and ensure progress towards goals and targets

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree, in agronomic or related
- Business English Proficiency to communicate with foreigners
- Min 5 years of experience as a Sustainability Manager handling agronomy (coffee or palm or cocoa), certifications and projects in the plantation industry, experienced in managing subordinates
- Good knowledge of certification standards of 4C, UTZ and RFA
