Ayana Hospitality seeks a proactive Environmental Officer to support environmental operations across the resort, promote sustainable practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves monitoring performance, waste and water management, inspections, and maintaining records as part of the HSE program.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an environmental field and at least 2 years in environmental management or related roles, preferably in hospitality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant environmental field.
• 2+ years in environmental management, HSE, or sustainability.
• Experience in hospitality or large properties is preferred.
• ISO 14001 familiarity is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support daily environmental operations across the property.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Conduct environmental inspections and identify risks and improvements.
• Oversee waste segregation, storage, and disposal practices.
• Monitor water quality and wastewater management processes.
• Assist with environmental data collection, reporting, and documentation.
• Support audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to environmental management systems and continuous improvement.
• Support sustainability initiatives related to energy and water conservation.
• Assist with environmental risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Support fire and life safety and other HSE programs.
