Sustainability Coordinator - Social Impact

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal departments and external partners, including key organizations like Better Work, ILO, and regulatory bodies, to align on sustainability and social impact goals.

Data Management & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability and ESG‑related data, including carbon emissions, resource usage, and social impact metrics, to measure and improve performance.

ESG Reporting: Lead the preparation and submission of ESG reports in accordance with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD. Communicate ESG performance to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.

Strategic Development: Identify areas for improvement in sustainability and social impact, set clear targets, and develop strategies for improvement across environmental and social aspects of the business.

Implementation & Facilitation: Drive the implementation of sustainability and social impact initiatives, working cross‑functionally to ensure timely execution of strategies.

Certification & Compliance: Manage sustainability certification processes such as GRI, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.

Initiative Management: Lead sustainability and social impact projects, ensuring successful outcomes and aligning them with broader business objectives.

Performance Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the company’s sustainability and social impact performance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sustainability, social impact, or a related field, with experience in ESG reporting and working with organizations like Better Work and ILO.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and certification processes.
  • Experience in data analysis, calculating environmental impacts, and social impact reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data analysis tools, and sustainability reporting software.
