A leading apparel company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to align sustainability initiatives with business goals. The role involves stakeholder coordination, ESG reporting, and data analysis to improve social impact. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in sustainability initiatives, particularly with ESG frameworks. The company offers a collaborative work environment focused on sustainability improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal departments and external partners, including key organizations like Better Work, ILO, and regulatory bodies, to align on sustainability and social impact goals.
Data Management & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability and ESG‑related data, including carbon emissions, resource usage, and social impact metrics, to measure and improve performance.
ESG Reporting: Lead the preparation and submission of ESG reports in accordance with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD. Communicate ESG performance to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
Strategic Development: Identify areas for improvement in sustainability and social impact, set clear targets, and develop strategies for improvement across environmental and social aspects of the business.
Implementation & Facilitation: Drive the implementation of sustainability and social impact initiatives, working cross‑functionally to ensure timely execution of strategies.
Certification & Compliance: Manage sustainability certification processes such as GRI, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
Initiative Management: Lead sustainability and social impact projects, ensuring successful outcomes and aligning them with broader business objectives.
Performance Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the company’s sustainability and social impact performance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
