Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is hiring a Vehicle Surveyor to conduct surveys and inspections of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles offered as pawn collateral. You will assess condition and value, document findings, and support loan disbursement decisions.

The role requires at least a D3, min one year in surveying (preferred), a valid motorcycle license (A/C), and the ability to work independently or in teams in the field. You will coordinate with credit analysts and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3 all majors.
• Experience as a surveyor for at least 1 year (preferred).
• Motorcycle and driving license (A/C).
• Mastery of survey techniques and inspection of motor vehicles.
• Honest, thorough, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of data and information in survey reports.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company data.
• Ensure the completeness of documents and the validity of consumer data.
• Work together with the credit analyst team and other related departments.
• Hold meeting agreements with consumers and spouses at the office for two-wheeled vehicle pawn (R2).
• Conduct visits and environmental checks for four-wheeled vehicle pawn (R4).
• Check the validity of the consumer's BPKB and take it as collateral if no negative information is received.
• Conduct visual and technical inspections of vehicles, checking mechanical systems, emissions, and safety features.
• Assess the condition and value of vehicles for insurance, resale, taxation, or import/export purposes.
• Record survey results in inspection reports and provide estimates of disbursement amounts to consumers.
