What You Will Do
- Supply Planning: responsible for generating effective inventory control, storage, shipping & receiving activities for current & future operations across all planning horizons (Sales & Operations Planning 18 months, Sales & Operations Execution).
- Develop an aligned supply plan using inputs from consensus demand planning process, considering supplier/vendor capability, capacity, inventory objectives, and inventory quality to deliver right tires to right customers at the right time, place, and quantity.
- Import Operation: purchase order placement to plants & suppliers with reflecting production confirmation, and manage delivery to warehouse in cooperation with 3PL/customs agent.
- Routine internal report: generate and cascade routine supply reports on corporate timelines (monthly, weekly, daily).
- Process Improvement: support supply planning process health improvement.
What We Expect
- Bachelor's or higher level degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related degree.
- 4‑8 years of experience in integrated supply chain, especially in demand and supply planning/inventory planning.
- Managing & implementing supply plans, ensuring on‑time execution, and responding to demand fluctuations.
- Experience ensuring timely delivery of products by coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and transport teams.
- Handling supply disruptions, order delays, and last‑minute adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and inventory tracking software.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity constraints.
- Experience working with international suppliers, managing import/export processes, and handling supply chain disruptions.
- Understanding transportation, warehousing, and last‑mile delivery execution.
- Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel.
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and create reports using PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, or Tableau.
