Job summary

A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of FMCG experience, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in English required and Mandarin preferred. This role requires independent and collaborative work within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Manufacturing, specializing in Operations and/or Supply Chain.
• Previous experience in a multinational consumer goods company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase efficiency, speed, and productivity while reducing costs.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Select logistics providers, optimize transportation routes, and manage warehousing and distribution centers.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage demand planning, stock levels, and inventory turnover.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
