A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of FMCG experience, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in English required and Mandarin preferred. This role requires independent and collaborative work within a multinational environment.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Manufacturing, specializing in Operations and/or Supply Chain
Previous experience in a multinational consumer goods company is an advantage
Positive working attitude and strong communication skills
Able to work independently on-site and/or within a supervision team
Proficiency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus
Develop strategies to increase efficiency, speed, and productivity while reducing costs
Maintain proper inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels
Select logistics providers, optimize transportation routes, and manage warehousing and distribution centers
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Manage demand planning, stock levels, and inventory turnover
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
