• Track open supplier actions and follow up until resolved.
• Coordinate with internal requestors, vendors, and Finance for complete and authorized purchase documents.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready supply chain records with current status visible.
• Report recurring supplier or process issues with actionable improvements.
• Support procurement operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and reliable execution.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can execute reliable day-to-day supply chain administration, maintaining accurate purchase, delivery, receiving, and inventory records while ensuring every open supplier action is followed through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily supply chain administration—including purchase orders, delivery confirmations, receipts, and inventory updates—accurately and within required timelines.


• Track all open supplier actions, including pending deliveries, unresolved discrepancies, and overdue items, and follow up until each item is resolved.


• Coordinate with internal requestors, vendors, and Finance to ensure purchase documentation is complete and properly authorized at every step.


• Maintain supply chain records and files in an organized, audit-ready condition, with current status clearly visible.


• Report recurring supplier or process issues with practical observations and proposed improvements, rather than repeatedly logging the same delay.


• Support the smooth and effective operation of supply chain administration so procurement execution remains accurate, compliant, and consistently reliable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.


• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement administration, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.


• Good understanding of purchase orders, delivery documentation, goods receipt, inventory records, and basic audit requirements.


• Strong follow-through, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open actions.


• Clear communication and coordination skills when working with internal requestors, vendors, and Finance.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems; experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology are an advantage.


• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency is preferred.
