About The Role

Electrum is powering the transformation of Indonesia’s 2W electric mobility ecosystem — from EV manufacturing to battery swapping infrastructure. We are seeking a Supply Chain Senior Manager to drive supply chain excellence, secure production readiness, and optimize end-to-end operational efficiency as we scale.

This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in building systems, managing suppliers, and delivering operational outcomes in a fast‑growing environment.

What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance cost, service level, and operational scalability
  • Align planning, procurement, and logistics functions to ensure production readiness and after-sales continuity
  • Define annual supply targets, KPIs, and improvement priorities
  • Translate company build targets into actionable material plans and capacity forecasts
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the existing supply chain team
Supply Chain Management
  • Oversee sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance to meet quality, lead time, and cost goals
  • Manage import/export compliance and maximize TKDN contribution
  • Ensure Supplier OTIF ≥ 95% and track supplier risk indicators
Planning & Inventory Management
  • Supervise demand forecasting, supply planning, and safety stock settings
  • Review and approve inventory policies across production, service, and spare parts
  • Monitor inventory turnover and maintain stock variance ≤ 1%
Logistics & Warehousing
  • Optimize inbound and outbound logistics network and transportation cost per unit
  • Ensure warehouse layout, storage systems, and manpower are efficient and compliant with SOPs
  • Drive inventory accuracy ≥ 99% and internal OTIF ≥ 98%
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Procurement on supplier delivery schedules and material readiness
  • Interface with Assembly and QC to ensure production continuity and timely part staging
  • Work with Finance on inventory valuation, working capital, and inventory aging
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish KPI dashboard integrating OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and logistics cost per unit
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning, systems, and inter-departmental coordination
  • Mentor and upskill supply chain teams to achieve data-driven and autonomous operations
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related field
  • 7–10 years of supply chain experience, with minimum 3 years in leadership roles
  • Strong track record in manufacturing, automotive, EV, electronics, or related sectors
  • Hands‑on experience in procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and cost management
  • Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management capability
  • Proven ability to drive cross‑functional deliverables and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience scaling operations and supply chain for hardware products
  • Familiarity with regional or global supplier ecosystems in Asia
  • Exposure to ERP/SAP/Oracle or similar systems
  • APICS / CPIM / CSCP certification
