The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial engineering with a supply chain or logistics focus, and strong data analytics, modeling, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts in Banten.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
Proficiency in supply chain modeling and simulation software.
Strong analytical and communication skills for coordinating efforts in Banten.

Responsibilities

Analyze and map existing supply chain processes from procurement to delivery, identifying inefficiencies.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution networks.
Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, manage supply, and improve lead times.
Design and implement efficient logistics and transportation solutions.
