What Will You Do

  • Collect, clean, and analyze Supply Chain related data.
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
  • Document processes and support to the continuous improvement of analytical tools and reporting framework.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Has genuine interest in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Project Management, Logistic, etc)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is more preferable.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Your Task:

Project Monitoring

  • Manage and update project monitoring systems and related workflows.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation (procedures, process flows, workflows).
  • Create regular project update reports for clients, factories, and other departments.

New Product Development (NPD) Execution

  • Handle customer requests and project forms related to new products, changes, or deletions.
  • Support Project Managers in tracking timelines and progress for import/export projects.
  • Monitor project plans to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Lead regular NPD meetings, share updates, and distribute minutes.
  • Coordinate with factories and departments for packaging, product modifications, or new developments.
  • Review and ensure all packaging and product development steps are completed properly.

Sample Management

  • Arrange and track product samples for customers.
  • Collect and store first production samples for new launches.

Other Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement projects (e.g., regulatory changes, address/factory updates).
  • Prepare reports on potential write-offs.
  • Manage and update project-related databases.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Diploma or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Strong English communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with SAP and manufacturing operations (preferred)
