Overview

xecutive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational company in industrial products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years' experience in logistics and warehousing for the Logistics and Warehouse Manager position. The job is based in Tangerang, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Report directly to the Regional Director (based in China)
  • Lead and oversee Intercompany procurement based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers (warehouse, toller & local logistics, etc.) to secure favourable conditions for the Company.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Indonesia Commercial and CAP planning teams to synchronize component supply with production schedules and prevent shortages.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for repackaging and relabelling products at the toller factory.
  • Conduct sales forecast analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain activities for imports and exports.
  • Optimize local procurement, customer service, logistics, and planning.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation reports, lead annual stock takes, and manage product expiration.
  • Enhance logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness through optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
  • Manage import-related documentation for products from China into Indonesia
